The Piedmont Lace Guild of Virginiaruns informal Beginning Bobbin Lace lessons on a continuing basis as needed when new members join the guild. Good company, help and advice on current projects are available during the monthly Saturday meetings and the weekly Thursday morning Lace Cottage. A more formal class environment will be set up from time to time as needed.
Beginning Tatting and Crochet
Beginning Shuttle Tatting, Needle Tatting, and Beginning Crochet lessons can be arranged as needed on an informal basis, either during the Saturday monthly meetings or during the Thursday morning Lace Cottage. Good company, help and advice are always available.
The Piedmont Lace Guild of Virginia was established in 2006 to promote and preserve the knowledge and appreciation of the fine art of lacemaking. The Guild is centered in Fauquier County and serves lacemakers in the area south and west of the nation's capital and the Northern Virginia counties.
